- Novartis offers vouchers and drug cards directly to consumers through the official Diovan website. These may also be distributed from health care providers. To apply for savings online, patients will need to fill out a registration form. Then, patients can access vouchers good for up to $25 off of Diovan prescriptions, allowing the out-of-pocket cost to drop to as low as $25. The savings may be used on regular Diovan or Diovan HTC.[3]
