Patients who present the coupon, along with a valid prescription for Premarin, to a pharmacist, will receive the amount of their co-pay (up to $25) instantly. This coupon offer expires on December 31, 2012 and is subject to eligibility requirements. In particular, this coupon is not valid for patients on Medicaid, Medicare or other state or federal healthcare programs. Nor is it valid for patients who receive full prescription reimbursement through a private benefit program.[5]
In addition to the “dollars off” Premarin coupon, Pfizer offers a group of assistance programs called “Helpful Answers” for patients who do not have insurance, or who do not have sufficient insurance coverage to afford their Pfizer medications. Patients will be guided to choose the assistance program that best suits their financial situation on the “Helpful Answers” website.
