- AstraZeneca offers a prescription savings card that can be used to help with a co-pay. If you are eligible, you will get 100% off of your first prescription copay for a 30-day supply of the XR tablets. If you will be paying the medication cost out-of-pocket, you will get the first prescription free. About Seroquel
Seroquel is the trade name for the generic drug quetiapine, and is in a drug class called atypical antipsychotics.[8] Quetiapine is available as a regular tablet and as an extended-release tablet.
